Many companies are currently revising their data strategies to meet the increased demands on data and analytics for corporate success. In some cases, however, they have also had to recognize that earlier versions of these strategies could not achieve resounding success.

They now want to formulate more targeted and sustainably successful strategies. Carsten Bange will provide an overview of the success factors and best practices we have gained from our research and numerous advisory projects for creating data strategies that deliver tangible benefits.

Creating Business Value with AI

Abakion has thus been involved in the journey from the establishment to ongoing maintenance and optimization of small and very large BI solutions.

Regardless of whether a BI strategy has been created from the start, there are elements in a BI strategy that should be reassessed at regular intervals. Kaare shares the experiences of many customers and gives examples of how to assess, for example, whether there is control over stakeholders and communication.

TARGIT In A Multi-Supplier Setup

Speakers: Jeppe V. Vestergaard and Niels Thomsen from TARGIT

In these years, the municipal sector has significantly changed management information.

Two trends, in particular, are significant:
Where in the past the municipalities often had one supplier that delivered a unified BI platform, today the municipalities choose to a much greater extent to use the BI modules included via their various professional systems. The internal development competencies have received a boost, and many municipalities themselves want to be able to develop BI models.

In this session, we will discuss how TARGIT supports "multi-supplier solutions" so that the municipalities do not end up in a "silo setup," where the opportunities for cross-cutting analyses are lost.

Femern A/S works to bring data into play for managing Denmark's largest construction project both internally and externally. This is done by looking at the technological possibilities for system support of data, considering authority requirements in Denmark and Germany.

Against this background, Femern A/S has developed a data strategy to help create a solid foundation for current and future reporting.

With the data strategy, the company works in a strategic direction in all core areas. The diversity and increasing complexity of data places demands on both systems, governance models, and responsible use of data.

Digital Accountability - The Most Important Trend Of The 20s

Christiane Vejlø explains why digital responsibility must be at the top of the agenda so that you can land at the bottom of the bottom line.

We are in a time where we face some crucial questions. Which values do we choose to navigate by when we create new technology? What does it mean to be human when artificial intelligence fills the world? What common goals do we set ourselves as individuals and as a society? How do we ensure that the technology becomes a help in reaching those goals?

The biggest digital trend of the 20s will be digital responsibility. In addition to the fact that digital responsibility leaves a good taste in the mouth, it also makes for good business.

There are countless possibilities in data if you use it purposefully and sensibly. Data is the new raw material when you need to develop new, innovative, and smart products, services, and businesses for the benefit of consumers and society.

What is new are the ethical challenges that result from the many digital options for collecting, collating, and analyzing data. It is far from all companies that work for the good of the user and the citizen.

Look forward to a lecture that gives you food for thought and the desire to innovate for a better world.
